DAY 1 CHOCOLATE MAKING EXPERIENCE

Once you’ve settled into your room at the Great Western Hotel, we’ll head over to Lusty Glaze Cooking School for a bespoke Cornish Pasty making experience with an executive chef. We’ll roll our sleeves up and get stuck into cooking some authentic Cornish grub before sitting down together to enjoy our culinary creations. We’ll also have the pleasure of tasting some local alcohol-free Binary Botanical beers and kombucha courtesy of Boucha! This activity is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

DAY 2 SEVEN SISTERS WINTER’S WALK

What better way to blow off this year’s cobwebs than with a refreshing New Year’s Eve walk along the famous Seven Sisters cliffs. We’ll catch a bus from Brighton and hit one of England’s most picturesque spots for a 2.5 hour hike, before stopping for a hearty pub lunch at Tiger Inn. Keep in mind that the Seven Sisters are indeed hills so a moderate level of fitness is required.

DAY 2 COUNTRY PUB LUNCH AT TIGER INN

After our blustery winter’s walk, we’ll stop for a well-deserved heartwarming pub lunch at Tiger Inn, a quintessentially English award-winning country pub. We’ll soak up the festive atmosphere to the sound of an open crackling fire as we chew the fat and watch our worries of 2020 disappear.

SEA ARCH (ALCOHOL-FREE) GIN TASTING

It wouldn’t be a true alcohol-free experience without a tantalizing alcohol-free drinks tasting. This time we’ll be treating our taste buds to local refreshing alcohol-free gin, Sea Arch. Inspired by the beautiful Devon coast and made with natural botanicals, Sea Arch will add the perfect touch to our festive getaway.

NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER

Let’s celebrate the new year booze-free style at Brighton Beach Club. We love this place because of their mindboggling array of alcohol-free options, their cosy vibe and those awesome sea views. You’ll be welcomed with an alcohol-free champagne reception followed by a three course New Year’s Eve dinner to remember.

We’ll be staying the Queens Hotel in Brighton. The hotel is equipped with swimming pool and spa facilities but access may be limited due to Covid-19 restrictions. Accommodation is on a twin room sharing basis. Individual rooms are available at an extra price. Contact us for details.

It’s UK and it’s winter so come prepared for all eventualities! We’ll be braving the elements on our Seven Sisters Walk so make sure you wrap up accordingly. Don’t forget to bring your bathing suit if you’re thinking of taking the New Year’s Day plunge!

You should make your own way to Brighton. All other transport will be organised by us and included in the price.
